True Dental Emergencies
- Knocked-out tooth (act within 30 minutes!)
- Severe, uncontrolled bleeding
- Facial swelling affecting breathing or swallowing
- Trauma to face or jaw
- Signs of serious infection (fever, swelling)
Urgent But Can Wait 24-48 Hours
- Lost filling or crown
- Chipped tooth without pain
- Moderate toothache
